GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTERS AND PARTICIPANTS

The 2020 ICTVT will be held in the form of a virtual conference using Zoom web conferencing platform. If this will be your fi­rst time using the Zoom web conferencing platform. Please try the link at least twenty-four hours in advance to ensure there are no technical problems. If you need assistance before or during the meeting, please contact the committee.


Customizing your profile

Please rename your display name in Zoom with the following format:

ICTVT_Number of Room for Parallel Sessions_Your name

(number of room for parallel session  can be seen at this link)

For example: ICTVT_1_Rohjai


Scheduled Time

All time in the program schedule are in Western Indonesia Time / Waktu Indonesia Barat (WIB; GMT+7). Please pay attention and adjust it to your local time. Current time in WIB can be found on http://time.bmkg.go.id/


Parallel Sessions

The presentations for parallel sessions are assembled in sessions according to a theme and they are assigned a virtual room. A Chair coordinates each session. The participants should prepare their presentation on PowerPoint. At the time of your presentation, the session moderator, will allow you to share your computer screen with the audience, along with a small window of you presenting.

You will find below a background for zoom that you can use during the conference. Click on the link below to open the image on a new webpage, and then right-click and select "Save Image As" to save on your computer. We recommend that you do a test beforehand to see the background works for you.
